Grand Saga Sdn Bhd had for the year 2010 carried on with the Road Safety Talk Program together with Polis Trafik Daerah Kajang.  This is the 3rd year that Grand Saga is organising this program to benefit secondary schools surrounding Lebuhraya Cheras-Kajang. Sponsors who contributed to make the program a success include Majlis Keselamatan Jalan Raya, Selangor (MKJR) and Nestle Products Sdn Bhd.

This schools road safety program is Grand Saga’s initiative to educate, create awareness and inculcate road safety awareness amongst the younger generation, primarily secondary school students.  The program consisting of exhibition, safety talk, quiz session and distribution of goodie bags received overwhelming from the students.

The objective of this programme is to give on going school children a simple yet effective information regarding fundamental aspect of road safety and road usage.

For the past three years, a total of 10 schools surrounding the highway and 4,000 school children have benefited from this initiative and we are committed to pursue this program as part of our CSR initiative.

SAFETY TALK AT Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bandar Tun Hussein Onn 2

On 1st April 2010 it was held at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bandar Tun Hussein Onn 2.  The speaker was SM Zainal Alam bin Abd. Majeed from Polis Trafik Daerah Kajang.  An estimated turnout of 250 students attended.

SAFETY TALK AT Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Jalan Bukit, Kajang

On 6th May 2010, the 2nd program was held at Sek. Men. Keb. Jalan Bukit, Kajang.   The speaker again was SM Zainal Alam bin Abd. Majeed from Polis Trafik Daerah Kajang.  An estimated turnout of 300 students attended.
