HeadlinesMAJLIS BERBUKA PUASA Event Date18th September 2007 , Tuesday GSSB organised Majlis Berbuka Puasa on 18th September 2007 with the principal aim to share in togetherness the spirit of Ramadhan with local communities along the Cheras-Kajang Highway. The event, conducted at our headquarters, was a joyous occasion attended by both Muslim and non-Muslim alike.
Compared to previous years, this year's Majlis Berbuka Puasa was done on a grander scale to include invitations to community leaders, politicians, highway concessionnaries, local authorities, etc. Special guests-of-honour to grace the occasion were LLM Ketua Pengarah, Ybhg. Dato' Muhammad Razali Othman and ADUN Kajang, YB Datin Paduka Low Lee Leng. The occasion was also blessed with the presence of 30 poor children (fakir miskin) from nearby communities who received contributions from GSSB as well as donations from the staff. With everyone having enjoyed themselves fully at this occasion, the event finally ended with the performance of the 'terawih' prayers.
